Who: PYA Juniors and Seniors may apply
When: January 2nd -April 26th, 2018 once a week on Tuesdays (4 Thursday dates), after school from 3-6p.m.
Where: PYA Kitchen & The New York Wine and Culinary Center's Interactive Hands-On-Kitchen, Canandaigua, NY (transportation will be provided)
Why: Come learn the skill sets necessary for:
- an entry level position in the Culinary Arts field
- learn how to prepare healthy, nutritious foods
- pursue further education in Culinary Arts
- explore opportunities in the industry
An information meeting will be taking place on October 11, 2017- 7:45-8:30 a.m. in the PYA auditorium.
Parent meeting for those students interested on October 25, 2017- 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the PYA cafeteria.
