Coach Bob Church

As the coach of the Penn Yan Lady Mustangs Basketball teams from 1981—1999, Coach Church compiled an impressive record of 314 wins 96 losses. During this time, his Lady Mustangs won seven league titles and four Western Regional Championships. In 1986, the Mustangs won the New York State title. Coach Church was twice chosen by the Democrat and Chronicle as the Coach of the Year. He has been elected to the Section V Hall of Fame. He is currently the Mayor of Penn Yan.
