Chris Koek

Chris KoekA 1998 graduate of Penn Yan Academy, Chris was a multi-sport athlete earning eight Varsity Letters . Chris was the deserving recipient of the Coaches’ Trophy in 1998, the highest honor for PYA athletes.   As a wide receiver for the football team, Chris set the record for most receptions in a season and went on to be awarded the Ed Pond Football Award and was chosen to participate in the Eddie Meath All-Star game.  Chris excelled in basketball and was the MVP of the 1998 Boys Sectional Championship Tournament, Penn Yan’s Championship season.  Chris went on to play at the college level for Alfred University.  Chris is a currently a school administrator in Florida.
