1997-1998 Boys Basketball

The 1998 Basketball Team  won 20 games (a school record) on their way to the NYS Basketball tournament in Glens Falls.  Entering the Section V tournament as the #1 seed, the team finished as the Class B/BB overall champion, Far West Regional champion and a #7 ranking in the final NYS Class B Poll.  The team had representation from athletes and their coach on All-League, All-Section, and All-Greater Rochester Teams. 

The team was coached by Rob Grattan and assisted by Norm Koek and Chuck Roach.

Team Members included: Steve McGuire, Rob Wilson, Mike Tones, Steve Legg, Scott Jensen, Kris Wilber, Chris Koek, George Woodruff, Joel Balthaser, Scott Nielsen, Matt Mitchell, Dean French, Chris Corey, Dan Christiansen, and Brian Lickert.   Student managers were: A.J. Ingelsby and Dawn Ferguson.
