William LaRock

A 1966 graduate of Penn Yan Academy, Bill was a talented athlete for the Mustangs from 1962-1966. Bill earned first team honors on offense and defense and was named to the All-State team by the Syracuse Herald American. Bill was also a successful wrestler for the Mustangs. Bill went on to compete and play at St. Lawrence University where he was an undefeated wrestler. His success was honored recently as he was inducted into the St. Lawrence Hall of Fame. Bill serves his community in a number of ways; as a teacher, coach, firefighter, and a member of service organizations.
